It was good but, the Tru by Hilton located in Glendale has much better rooms and is more centrally located, in the heart of the city. The rooms were a lot smaller, and the view of a parking lot is all I got, on the 3rd floor, at the Goodyear location. The view from the 4th floor at the the Glendale location was nothing short of spectacular. My husband and I sat there and played with the electronic automatic blinds/shade for awhile, with the lights off. This location does have a pool table (billiards), which is why I chose it. However, there's something kind of awkward about playing pool in front of a desk clerk, in a silent lobby. Maybe they could have a private room and a bar with some music in the Goodyear location? Oh and add a jacuzzi to the patio, while your at it👌. That being said, it is very close to I-10 , so it doesn't take long to get to Phoenix but, it is pretty remote out in Goodyear. Which isn't necessarily, a bad thing. Unless you prefer local wild life😉 then I would suggest somewhere up on 51st Ave and McDowell(which is also close to I-10)Just take an armed body guard and don't carry too many valuables! All kidding aside , this location is very safe, very clean, very nice, and very boring! I would stay there again.

*we are not very picky people. This was truly a bad hotel stay. If they took charge of the unruly guests, it would have been a basic cheap hotel! It was busy and they did okay not their best. Cops were called by a different guest, i believe someone was trying to break in their room. No matter the complaints they took no control over their guests. Until 3 am the downstairs hallways and lobby were full of people. They never asked them to leave/go to their rooms. Quite a few people complained. You would think the COVID19 pandemic would slow life down. The lobby was PACKED, every space full. No masks, young people and middle aged people. The room itself had a nice bathroom, the soap dispenser is a cool idea, but a pain to use if not full. Not kid friendly. The room was fine, blankets were just a sheet, so if the air was on it was too cold! They had no extra bedding to give. We did not have breakfast. Checked out as fast as possible. It definitely was similar to a cheap hotel. I believe we overpaid for the hotel itself.

Hair in the shower. Can hear everything from rooms across hallway and downstairs. People banging on walls from 2 am to 6 am.

Good stay, very friendly. Overall good stay. Housekeeping could have done better with dusting the room and mopping the floor. I am glad I brought my swiffer with me.

We were on our way to California for a family gathering, and we were too tired to continue, so found this room for a good price. I really liked the concept. The room was a good size, no frills, but clean and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were great, bath was well appointed and I really appreciated the tile floors. A bagged breakfast was available, as was coffee/tea service 24/7.

This was our first time staying at this property, we are a family of 4. We had some issues and the General Manager immediately addressed our concerns personally. I appreciate this type of extra care. The property is very new & modern, I love the bathrooms and Lemon Sugar bath products offered. The coffee in the lobby is GREAT! Wish I had some now!

The hotel beds are very comfortable. The room is a good size. The front desk lady acted like you were bothering her when I checked in but everyone else was helpful and friendly.

The hotel was very clean, it is almost new. However, the lady at the front desk who checked us in was a little rude. Also, we could hear everything from inside our room (people walking/talking in the hallway, conversations and phones ringing from next door and above us. Walls seem to be lacking some insulation.
