No Sleep
You could tell this was an older building because of the smell. When I walked into the room it smelled. There were streaks along the walls where people had rubbed whatever against the walls. I also had to trade down from a king to a room with 2 doubles. They didnt have any king beds on the first floor. Needed first floor because girlfriend was handicapped and didnt want to go up and down floors. the beds were very uncomfortable. could not sleep well. The shower was awesome though.

BED BUGS!!
It was horrible. They have bed bugs, I woke up at 3:00am because I felt like a bite and what do I see YES a bed bug. I called down to the front desk she said I'll put you in a new room. I said okay then thought no I'm getting the heck out of here. I checked out. I left my number for management to call me, I have called several times no one has even bothered to call me to even apologize. I'm really disappointed in this chain of hotels. It only takes one mess up for me to never stay in this brand hotel and this has done it for me. DON'T STAY HERE!!

Uncomfortable beds
Our room was clean, however; the beds were extremely uncomfortable as they were extremely firm. I don’t like complaining about things but these were the worst hotel beds I’ve ever had to sleep on and I wasn’t even able to sleep for the 2 nights we stayed.
