A really lovely modern hotel, lovely staff, nice room, tasty breakfast. The car park next to the hotel looked a little rough round the edges so we parked in the Highcross Roof Top car park a 10 minute walk away but it worked well and only £6 for 24 hours. Overall we were really pleased with our stay and would return.

Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were friendly, helpful and all you could ask for. Car park next door was a bonus in the city but pricey. I dropped a star because hotel is situated on a busy road so was noisy and doors shutting at all hours woke us up. Also toilet systern made a loud clanking noise when it was full to shut off. I would still give it 4 stars though.

Luxury room with two double beds. Beds very firm to sleep on. Tea and coffee facilities with large TV. Staff were amazing and breakfast had a huge variety of items. Shower was a little slow and water went down very slowly but beautiful bathroom very modern. Room was large. Bar was ok but only three cocktails and didn't have the ingredients for only one of f them. Would visit again

Excellent room and can’t fault the welcome and service of the staff. Stayed here with my daughter for the weekend and felt safe and looked after. Food was excellent and shops easy walking distance. There was a music event happening nearby when we arrived which worried me but it couldn’t be heard from the room even with the window open.

Myself and my partner came to stay on 25th September. We wrote a special request in our booking to be allocated a room far away from the elevator in a quiet part of the corridor. I even phoned in the morning to double check and the morning reception staff assured me that it was sorted. Upon arrival, when we went to our room we discovered that it was directly in front of the elevator which is the complete opposite of what we had asked for. I was not happy but the staff who were on duty in the evening were extremely helpful and pleasant and did the best they could with the limited rooms that were available by that time.
