Before check out (12:00pm), hotel personnel knocked my door three times by 10:30am with no reason, they do not know English and it have made the hard communication.

Very clean rooms, new furniture, friendly reception, small refrigerator with drinks - so 8/10 There is no BAR😭 actually is some Asian bar who was closed. There is no Kettle in the room that we can make morning coffee (what is very important for me to wake up) and you can't get it from the hotel (of course we wanted to pay) and the third but not so important was the street train who was under our room every 20-30min 🙄

Gutes Hotel mit tollem Service
Wir haben kostenlos ein Upgrade unseres Zimmers bekommen und haben uns in einem schönen, großen Hotelzimmer wiedergefunden. Die Sauberkeit war auf den ersten Blick tadellos, als dann das Laken hochgerutscht ist, kamen einige Haare auf der Matratze zum Vorschein. Service war sehr gut, der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat uns freundlich empfangen und war immer für Fragen da. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine Straßenbahn- und Bus-Haltestelle. Es gab eine kostenlose Minibar, das fanden wir wirklich angenehm überraschend. Das Frühstück haben wir an einem Morgen dazugebucht - es war wirklich sehr lecker und eine tolle Auswahl, aber ich finde 16,90€ p.P. doch sehr teuer, leider. Insgesamt würden wir für diesen Preis wiederkommen.

Jeg havde ikke valgt morgenmad. Talte tysk m. Receptionisten, og jeg er ret habil på tysk. Han talte ekstremt hurtigt, så jeg misforstod. Da vi skiftede mening vedr. morgenmad og spurgte, om vi kunne få det den sidste dag, viste det sig, at vi havde betalt for det, selv om jeg havde sagt nej tak.
