Excellent property for Niagara Falls weekend. Easy to walk to from NY side and down to the Canadian water side and dinner options. Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff was very helpful with a few unique needs we had. Just wish they had breakfast provided as part of the room price (even if a little more) as the onsite breakfast for $20/pp was just standard hotel provided breakfast (minus the made to order omelette bar).

The room was great, clean, ready to use, and had plenty of room. The room had coffee but no other coffee was available except next door at the restaurant during breakfast, btw breakfast was only available at the restaurant at CA25 dollars. A very good stay, however I’m giving a 4 for the charge for parking. This CA50 dollar charge was unexpected. You pay a good premium for a good hotel and then another fee is jammed up your budget, terrible. Parking should be included as part of the price of your stay.😵‍💫
