Room was like an oven. The small AC unit helped a little but was so loud we couldn’t sleep. No water pressure I’m shower.

An absolute gem!
An absolute gem! We went on a Mother/Daughter trip to catch a show and sight see. The location was perfect. Radio City, Rockefeller Center, Broadway and Times Square about a 5-10 minute walk. Although the rooms were a bit outdated, they were clean and a good size. The beds (yes, 2 beds) were very comfortable and the shower (caution with the hot water) nice and roomy. A nice touch was the complimentary water in the room. The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Greg at the front desk was wonderful! For NYC midtown, it was reasonably priced. The 3pm check in and 12pm check out didn't make us feel rushed. I'm a travel agent and would highly recommend this property to my clients.

Well you get what you pay for, Over all the room was pretty decent but the air conditioning smelled so bad once it was turned on and the room was pretty tight. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable but the service was great and to be honest i didn’t go to Nrw york to stay in my room so again it wasn’t bad for what you paid for BUT they can invest in making it better. Location is GREAT.

Decent cheap hotel
Was a decent hotel for the price. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the rooms once you looked closely. They look REALLY nice in the pictures but aren’t quite as nice close up. They aren’t bad overall. Our room was on the back side and it was decently quiet. The only thing I would complain about is the rooms were very stuffy and hot. We ran the AC the whole time even though it was mid November.
