We got an email asking us to fill in our information to make check in faster. We waited around 15 min in the lobby for our turn to check in. We were immediately handed papers to fill in the same information and only once I mentioned we already did it the receptionist looked into it. What’s the point of doing it if the receptionists don’t check it? In the middle of our check in process there was another customer(?) who came to ask something and the receptionist started serving her too, I think she could have waited until our check in was done. For a 4 star hotel it was quite strange that there was only one receptionist. Our room was great, quiet
