Great hidden gem!
This was a great experience at this hotel, it's a real hidden gem at the end of Patong Beach. The staff was nice and friendly, the food at the restaurants was top notch. They engaged our group every time we were in the lobby, and were very accommodating. Would stay again.

Check in was a bit slow, my key was done and made but was not handed to me until my friend was checked in after me and got his key before me. Remember people, this a vacation. Staff was not friendly at first, and yes, I know this is a 4 star hotel but come on. The room I reserved was the biggest one they got, and it was good, BUT,,,,,the bed and pillows smelled terrible!! I had to take out the bathrobe and lay it over the pillows and over my head. Very noisy AC unit Terrible!

Located on the north end of Patong Beach, up a small hill reached via a narrow winding residential Soi…this modern, newer hotel offers a nice alternative to most hotels in Patong. It requires transportation to come and go from central Patong (Bangla Road area). The staff is excellent and attentive…the facilities include a pleasant swimming pool, centrally located half the way between the lobby area and the main hotel rooms building. Due to its layout, reaching most rooms from the lobby requires climbing stairs that meander through the well kept gardens and pool area, reaching the elevators on the upper main guest room building. The beach is a short walk down the hill… The location is quiet as it sits high off the main road. The only exception is the loud speaker chanting coming from the local mosque several times a day, crack of dawn and sunset included! The hotel has a small restaurant. Dinner was a one time experience as we found it lacking in quality and overpriced. Overall, we enjoyed our one week stay in the hotel. The large suite on the third floor was comfortable and offered an airy experience with a condo feel! Would definitely stay here again! Tip: excellent laundry service at a small local shop right in front of the hotel!
