Excellent prime location in Sapporo. This hotel is located immediately facing the famous historic Hokkaido government building with a beautifully landscaped park in the south of building. Very convenient to walk around down to Odori park & Susukino for food and shopping. We were upgraded to the room that provides park facing room and enjoyed nice scenery from the room.

We stayed at the corner twin room which has sufficient space, except that no long sofa/table is available, hangers are not enough for two ladies and there is only one side table next to two beds which is not sufficient to put things on. The hair dryer is terrible too - difficult to set the hair. By the way, the toilet and shower are separate which is very convenient. However, no hand wash in the toilet. It's good to have a 温泉 and coffee/tea is complimentary from 3pm-7pm for hotel guests. It would be ideal if snacks, such as small chocolate/biscuits can also be offered at the same time.

Beautiful, new hotel with a very spacious bedroom. Great amenities. The only downside is that they don't allow tattooed persons to bathe in the Onsen. Still, would highly recommend.
