Good stay
Very long checkin process, hotel nice pool area good, clean, friendly staff, rooms ok a little bit dated, air conditioning in the room but makes very loud cracking noises, no air conditioning in corridors, breakfast buffet was good, Again very friendly and helpful staff, hotel may need some updating. Hotel is situated in the city centre very busy area but very well situated close to restaurants, water front and amenities.

Okay over priced hotel.
For the most part the hotel was nice. Bed was hard. Pool closed so early. 7 P.M. Was surprised to charged for the water in fridge as there were no price for it and that was the only thing in the mini bar. Drinks over priced by the pool. Next time I would try the Holiday inn.

Convenient location for the railway station
Excellent hotel, conveniently situated for the railway station. Is has excellent facilities and a good breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff are there to help. The only downside is the ongoing roadworks in front of the hotel, but there is no noise as work is suspended. The waterfront is a 10 to 15 minute walk away.
