Fantastic break
Had a fantastic couple of days the could not do enough for us .Always staff on hand if you required drinks or food .The breakfast was very good and the restaurant was excellent. Would recommend this hotel if you want a fantastic time. To all staff thank for a wonderful stay.

Lovely stay - impressed
Great hotel to stay with family - good location with plenty to do for the kids. Great staff. Amazing food in the main restaurant albeit the Jetty restaurant was a little over priced for the quality. The spa is great and the kids enjoyed being able to walk to the beach

Lovely hotel but an awful experience
Car parking nightmare, we couldnt even double park or stop outside when we arrived. We had to park half a mile away and walk with our luggage. On arrival the restaurant was fully booked and again for the night after. Spa fully booked both days. Whilst the rooms were nice and service great,, the hotel clearly is NOT able to cope if you book on a busy period. Paid a lot of money for an awful experience, the hotel needs to address issues or it risks gaining reputational damage

Highly recommended.
Great stay from the minute we arrived at reception to when we left. The staff are a real standout, its rare to have such great and discreet service. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches. We had a delicous meal in the Jetty restaurant, both the food and wine were excellent.

Staying at another spa hotel this weekend has reminded us that we now have high expectations after our stay at the Christchurch Harbour Hotel and Spa as it outshines other hotels. Stayed 1 night for a birthday. Can't recommend it enough. Hotel staff were exemplary and we were very impressed with the professionalism. Thank you for a lovely stay.
