there was no stay, when I arrived at the place, I was very poorly attended by a gentleman who simply told me that there were no more vacancies and that he would have transferred my reservation to someone else, but if I paid 30 dollars at home, he could get me a small room. When I said that I had already paid for the reservation, he simply said that he would refund my card payment and closed the door. I insisted on knocking on the door other times but he didn't even answer. I had to call an Uber and go back to the airport. Simply unacceptable, I want my money back!!
