Honest opinion for adult couples
Staff is wonderful and caring. Booked the family room just to have extra space for two adults. No extra space really, just bunk beds on the side of a king bed. Room was so uncomfortable. No adult seat? Just beanbag and wood bench. No refrigerator or ice. Tub was dangerously high getting in and out. No stand up shower. Worst part, incredibly loud doors slamming. You will hear everything. Good things: Parking at hotel was great. Great food nearby, shopping and walking good. Great breakfast. And again, staff was so great!!

great welcome at check in - friendly and very helpful. clean modern hotel , rooms good all the staff very friendly just beware breakfast is very busy from early on with a lot of rude and impatient guests and the line for coffee/tea is ridicular.

Beautiful hotel. Our family room is big and very clean with view of the mountains. Everyday the cleaners will come, tidy the bed and top up the complimentaries and give fresh towels. The location is good with restaurants and shops nearby. The train station, which has large grocery nearby is just 10-15 mins walk. We enjoyed our stay.
