The Marriott across the street is much nicer.
New hotel in a very very run down area. High crime and high homeless traffic. Beds we’re good but pillows made our necks so sore. They were huge and not flexible at all. 1 bed sheet had a urine/coffee like stain on it in the corner... not sure why it wasn’t rewashed or bleached out. Breakfast option was great but stops being served at 9... that’s super early if you have kiddos to try and get them out the door and ready for breakfast before then. Swimming pool was a decent size but really really cold!! No hot tub to warm up after that cold water. We were given a room without a bathtub.... it was a walk in shower but wasn’t a handicap accessible room? We called and asked if they had any bathtubs in their rooms and they said yes.. we changed rooms because we have a toddler to bathe. So make sure you state your preference as they didn’t ask.

We love this hotel, the staff gave my girls christmas present upon arrival, pool was open so we got to go swimming! If i had to change anything it would be the tempature of the pool, its extremely chilly.

Our stay exceeded our expectations in several ways. The picture's didn't do it justice - the room was so inviting, felt really spacious, nice warm lighting, beautiful decor and luxurious furniture. Everything was immaculately clean and arranged. When we arrived, front desk staff were very professional, kind, and helpful. We had 3 kids with us, and since it was close to Christmas they invited our kids to each choose a gift from under the tree in thr hotel lobby. That was a special touch that made our kids happy after a long day of driving. Checkout was also quick, efficient, and pleasant with hotel staff. We felt that the quality of our stay far exceeded the room cost. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area. 😊

Stayed one night while traveling home. I had my dog with me and thier pet friendly rooms come with dog dishes,a nice dog bed and blanket. Comfy beds huge tv and super nice.
