I wanted to give this place a chance because the price was really good. However, the bed was hard as a rock and the area that it was in wasn’t the best. My husband is from Mexico, and even he said that he didn’t feel the safest in this area. They are working on remodeling a few of the rooms, and the kitchenette was a nice addition. We ended up staying at a different hotel for the last 3 nights of our reservation.

I absolutely LOVED LOVED LOVED this hotel. Its truly a diamond in the rough. All the staff were like family and was willing to help you with anything you needed at any hour. The property has a little aviary outside with some puppies and turtles. Parking is behind locked gates which put our minds at ease at night. The property is very secure with cameras. There is an awesome rooftop pool and gym, along with a big indoor pool. Room was clean. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but nobody bothered us. Hotel is within walking distance to all the little food shops in the city center of cancun. If i come back to cancun i will for sure stay here again. I wanted a hotel away from the tourist areas and resorts. I wanted to experience real mexico, not the american version that you see at the resorts. Highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed!! I miss it already.

The room was clean. Initially the WiFi wasn’t working at all with the first 2 passwords I was given, the next day I asked a different gentleman at the front desk and he gave me the correct info to get it to work. The hot tub wasn’t hot but it was hot outside at the time so it wasn’t bad. Walkable neighborhood for food etc just make sure to have cash or go to an atm first for most food places that are close by. The mall and Oxxo are very close too.

well I did felt like at home like in ranch or hacienda. parking was a problem. that big dog at the main entrance was like jailed lion ready to kill was very scary and intimidating.
