The Good: Really not much here unfortunately. It’s conveniently located next to the highway and near lots of places to eat. That’s about it. Really. The Mixed: The staff seemed to range from polite, sometimes helpful teenagers to slovenly, disinterested morons who probably shouldn’t be entrusted with a lemonade stand. Helpful at times? Yes. Extremely negligent at other times? Also yes. Suggestion: Manning the front desk with a never-washed hoodie and earbuds that never come out maybe isn’t the best image to project. Just a thought. The Bad: The place seemed generally very filthy. Common areas were not cleaned often, and the first floor literally smelled like a toilet the final day I was there. Zero COVID precautions enforced as well. The county was literally in the top 10 nationwide in terms of COVID transmission, and people were just hanging out maskless in the lobby because…reasons? The Ugly: The place honestly comes off as a drug-infested nightmare. Was asked several times in the hallway if I “had anything”. One of the other recent reviews mentioned a room with what sounded like straight up abusive parents and screaming children. I was right next door to that fiasco, and trying to sleep here was absolutely miserable each and every one of the 12 or so nights I stayed. I was expecting to be staying near other traveling professionals, but it really seemed like 70% probable drug addicts to be completely honest. In summary, if you’re even thinking of staying here, don't.

The hotel and staff were great. Our room was set up very nice and it was very clean, The fact that each room has a kitchenette is really great. The area is super sketchy, it’s down a dark road with not much else there except for not so pleasant people stalking the parking lot. We meant to stay two nights and we ended up staying one night because the people directly below us were fighting and screaming from 9:30 PM until 4:30 AM. The hotel staff did nothing about this even though myself and several others that were staying there called to complain. At one point the cops were called , as there was concern for the four or five children that were down there in regard to the verbal and physical altercations taking place. When the noise finally died down at 4:30 AM we started to fall asleep only to be awakened by a fire alarm at 5:03 AM. We had a very Busy day planned for our gymnastics team which we got no sleep for. When we spoke to the front desk about getting even a partial credit or some sort of compensation we were denied. So we paid full price to stay at a hotel where we got no sleep. Would not recommend this hotel again just based off of the area and the lack of customer service when complaints are filed

This was my second visit to the property. This is a relatively new place, and my first visit was not so good. This time, there was someone to check me in available immediately, my room was clean, and the room was even warm when I arrived. Location is great--close to highway and the mall. If you are looking for a nice clean room with comfortable bed, you've found the right place. I didn't try out the kitchen options, but you do have a large refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishes to let you cook for yourself.

Real nice room with kitchen, full size fridge and deep sink. Fast Wifi. Sketchy long term residents do stay here. Sketchy folks in the parking lot as well. I was told my someone to take items out of my truck bed, because they would most likely get snatched over the night. Other than that, It was a clean facility and the room was spacious.
