Improvement
I changed rooms 3 times due to A/C issues, privacy, and also outside noise. No A/C in public areas eg, lobby and breakfast area. I did brought the issues that I experienced with the General manager. As a hotel manager my self, I made some recommendations. I worked for Hilton brand hotels .

It was the best resort I stayed at since arriving. The staff was amazing, the food was the best I had since I came, the rooms is fabulous nice and cool. I love this resort I will be back again. Everything was positive vibes. The bar was awesome, the cooks know how to cook. The smiling coast was nothing but love.
