Traditional second floor tenement flat which is centrally located in Glasgows very popular West End. It has 2 very spacious bedrooms, a very unique & antique grand piano and also free on site parking! With many things to do and places to see, you really would be in heart of it all by staying in this lovely apartment!The living area is bright and decorated to a high standard throughout. With a Smart TV which incorporates Chromecast, you will be spoiled for choice with what to watch whilst unwinding on the comfortable sofa!The attractive modern fully fitted kitchen, is just off the living area. In here you will find a washing machine, oven, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, cookware, crockery and utensils. Please note - tea towels are not available.The bathroom is very spacious and gives you the choice of either taking a bath or shower. Complimentary toiletries and bath towels are provided.The master bedroom contains a very comfortable king size bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers and mirror. You will find a hairdryer in one of the drawers.Bedroom number two contains a very comfortable double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers and mirror.Bed Linen is provided.There is a utility cupboard in the hallway and in there you will find the vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.Free Wiif is included, with the router placed in the second bedroom.The location of the apartment is fantastic! Local amenities are literally on the doorstep with the nearby Dumbarton Road and Crow Road Retail Park.You will find an even more extensive range of amenities on Byres Road where there is a large selection of bars, bistros, restaurants and the mesmerising Ashton Lane!For all your convenience needs, there is a Sainsbury's, Marks & Spencers and Boots within walking distance.If you are looking for a delicious filing meal, I would recommend Deoch an Dorus. The menu has so much variety so you are sure to find something to tickle your taste buds. The atmosphere in this restaurant is great so sit back, savour every mouthful and enjoy everything Deoch an Dorus has to offer!Partick train station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. You will also find the underground station here which can have you in the city within 10 minutes.One stop away is the Exhibition Centre which is great should you be attending a gig at the SSE Hydro or and event at the SECC Conference Centre.Various buses stop on Dumbarton Road (2 minutes away)By car, Glasgow Airport is 15 minutes away
