I like: 1) location - on the beach, 2) room view 3) amenities (free parking, pool, bar & restaurant, gym). Dislike: 1) rooms are dirty-somebody's hair tie was hanging in the shower.., linen smell was questionable and i suspect the covers were not even replaced after the previous guests, 2) takes forever for warm water to start running.. 3) bad check in- check out set up... 400 apartments checking in or out at the same time creates terrible traffic and valet charges..

I liked the landscape I didn't like: the lighting in the room (the lack of lamps on the beds and the lack of ceiling lights), the lacks in the kitchen (pan, kitchen towel, the shrill creaking of the refrigerator door), old and insufficient bathroom towels, the impossibility of using the air conditioning (when it was turned on, the water flowed from the ceiling and flooded the floor), the fact that 2 of the 3 doors of the closet were locked with a padlock, the precariousness of the closing system of the entrance door (which often gets stuck and practically the door remains unlocked).

Probably the worst experience I had on vacation as far as a place to stay the elevators are really bad waited one time over 20 min to get on one just to go downstairs and even more to go to your room the valet parking experience was horrible also so many people trying to get their car at once overwhelmed the room was ok but could t get new towels or rags what comes is what you get no room service or anything I would never stay here again

Valet terrible Front desk was awesome at checkin very helpful But on check out worthless and ignored us and even in front of her woukd not acknowledge us! Ocean view jail cell windows 6 feet high 1 1/2 feet high overlooking roof literally. Room floor tile 1 inch space to dirty floor like every 3 feet needs new tile Bathroom floor white painted box around toilet I guess to give you a clue in where to go to bathroom Limited towels and sheets and no change or towels or sheets during for 3 days of stay Bed cover stained Bathroom and tub paint coming off and definitely needs updating Valet charged me 24.00 extra even though they made us CHECK OUT a on time 10 AM !!!! Went to beach until 1230 and they said car had to be out by 10 am on a 3 day stay Room hears dinging elevator all day and night Noise room and slamming doors Pillows smaller then 12 “ and thinner than a pancake Pool dirty Only good things were close to beach and Collins rd

The property is old, but our room was comfortable. Valet parking was pretty quick. The electrical outlets in kitchen and bathroom kept tripping which was disturbing. The bathroom door of room 412 doesn't close all the way, either. Having beach access and a pool was very convenient. Beds were comfortable.

Very poor communication. If any at all book the ocean view room, the room was not a ocean view. The door lock looked tampered with the peephole was blocked. Told them soon as I view the room that not acceptable would not refund my money of loss of 700 . SCAM!!
