Great central location stay hotel
The stay was good, it was lovely to be greeted daily by the friendly staff and they were so knowledgeable and were to answer my questions. The apartment was nice and spacious and warm. So central to all the places I was exploring and meeting up with friends. It's a good place to stay for a short trip.

This was a lovely, clean and quiet apartment. Located in the CBD it was convenient. The desk staff member was very polite and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

The room was not clean. The toilet roll holder was half ripped from the wall with a big hole it in. There was a large burn mark as I walked into the entry. It was very run down and needs a complete refurbishment.

Needs to be renovated
Apartments require a huge uplift with aged appliances and furniture in use. Aircon only in lounge area and no windows to bedroom. Shower over spa bath cannot be advertised as accessible. Right next to Tram Stop 5 on Bourke Street, with taxi access at the QT Hotel in the next street. Old cooker with no grill; incomplete cutlery and no coffee appliance as advertised. Standard is less than when it was the Quest Apartments.
