Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Every staff member I encountered during our stay greeted me. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only thing that was less than exceptional was that the pool could use a cleaning. We plan to stay at this property any time we are in the area.

The Hampton was comfortable and convenient for the place I needed to go. Good accessibility to shops, down town Cincinnati is only 20 mins away by car. The Hilton phone app was outstanding I could get in and out using my phone. Getting the key on my phone was also outstanding. I didn’t interact with the desk at all.

When we arrived at the hotel no one was there to greet us. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up. The first room we were giving the lock on the door was broke. Anyone can just walk in the room without the key card. The room I was moved to didn’t have the sofa bed I requested and the room was very small. When I ask for a discount I was told it both rooms cost the same and no discount. My family and I travel in that area 3 times a year and I will never return to that hotel again.

Everything was great. My only problem was that I was told the pool was heated but it was not and it was very dirty. The pool floor was black with dirt and had clean spots where people had step foot in it while in the pool. It’s a year round indoor pool and therefor should be kept clean. I was very upset I could not go swimming since one of the reasons to chose a hotel for me when traveling is that it has a heated indoor pool. But aside from that everything else got a 10
