    From the moment I arrived up until my departure it was a wonderful stay. I was welcomed with hot towels and drinks at check in and the lady assisting at check in was very friendly and offered plenty of information. The room that I had was spacious and well set up with a great view of the city. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood with nice restaurants and bars all around within walking distance. The hotel itself has plenty of restaurants as well. The gym is fully equipped and the pool is both indoor and outdoor. I greatly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return another time.

    Amazing service-entering the hotel we were met by classy doormen who rushed to help us and give us a welcome juice and hot towel. Super nice front desk and restaurant servers were lovely! Just a great hotel and made our great trip even better!!

    I've stayed in 3 different hotels in Quito. Most of them are a bit dated, and this was not an exception. The staff was really helpful and professional. I did find that it was noisy inside the rooms, without a lot of insulation from the street. I would recommend asking for an interior room. When I noted the problem, the staff were quick and generous in moving me to another room, with an upgrade. The beds are pretty hard - some of this may be a cultural difference, though it was difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. The location is good and worked well for what I needed. The gym is well stocked, as it is also used by outside members. It's busy in the morning yet I was able to get on machines.

    The room needs to be updated. Our room was facing the street and the windows were not insulated. Additionally, the electrical outlets were old and both of our phone chargers kept falling out of them. Small but annoying part.

    My favorite my childhood memory

    The room upgrade was very satisfying. Considering the fact that i only paid $35+tax, it was such a cheap price for me to get both amazing city view on the 11th floor and breakfast at the same time. The food was great in every way, the room was clean and comfortable, and people were very kind and amiable. Excellent.
