I had reserved and paid for a room with two queen beds, On my arrival I was notified that they didn't have any rooms with two queen beds available, based on my travel party we needed the two beds. They told me that I was being upgraded, so I sent to the room and had one bed and a sofa... it hadn't been cleaned... trash on the room and dirty towels on the floor, I returned to the front desk and told them the room hadn't been clean, so they sent me to another room... this room hadn't been cleaned!

Good hotel. Staff...not as much.
The hotel in general was nice. Clean and comfortable room. Pool was at a good temperature. Breakfast was good. A lot of the staff was not very welcoming in their attitude. Not awful, but not welcoming. And even though signs were posted about the Covid Mask Mandate for the guests, I saw several employees not following that protocol.

Disappointed
We’ve stayed here many times but each time we visit, the property is more run down. It is very clean and conveniently located near our family so we keep going back. This time the service was lousy as if the staff was annoyed we were there. the young girl serving breakfast was friendly but overwhelmed. Her manager finally came to help but was grumpy and wasn’t helpful. Hopefully they can get some more breakfast staff and do a little remodeling around the property.

Location is great. However, the first room I was given. The tub was gross! The second room the chair was super old and looked dirty. The bathroom there was pee on the toilet seat, an hair in the tub and sink. Specially asked for an immaculate bathroom, and was ensured it would be double checked prior to my arrival it wasn’t! I have a thing about dirty bathrooms, so I requested an exceptionally clean one.

great place and location. Nicest breakfast I've had since Covid. They serve you anything you want from the hot food bar. Hotel is beginning to show its age, but well kept. Staff is great.

The hotel is dated and dingy so, it was hard to tell if it was clean. There was mildew in the shower and along where the tile meets the tub on the floor. I should have taken pictures and thought about it but decided it probably wouldn't do any good, kicking myself now. I had to wait to check-in until the girls behind the counter were done with their social media posts.

Everyone but Morgan is friendly
Outdated but clean hotel. Morgan at the front desk was incredibly rude and acted like she was completely miserable, it wasn’t just my family she was like that to, it was the other family as well. No one who came in contact with her said she was pleasant in any way. It is an older hotel but the beds were comfy.
