A great vacation spot right outside the quarter!
We went to Brakemam to celebrate our anniversary and a friends 50th birthday. The hotel and the staff was amazing! So clean, the softest towels and we came back from a day running around the city to a clean room ready for rest. Highly recommend!

This Hotel is beyond great. The staff (all shifts)are very helpful and very welcoming. This hotel is a hidden gem!! I have not one complaint about our stay. Had to stay a extra night being that our flight got canceled. The staff had no problem letting us stay a extra night same room and all. This is thee only hotel we’re being staying when we come to New Orleans. I give this hotel a10/10. VERY VERY VERY CLEAN!

This is a quiet property with beautiful rooms. I wish the hotel had better signage to let you know you’re at the right place. This property also serves as a visitor center/tour guide establishment, so that’s a little confusing. I wish the cafe was open earlier for hotel guests since no breakfast is available. 9:00 is too late for hotel guests to get coffee. Other than that, I’ll use this hotel again.

This hotel was wonderful. It’s located inside a former train station just north of the French Quarter. The room was spacious and decorated beautifully. Our room overlooked the historic Cemetery #1. Parking was very convenient and we easily could walk to anywhere in the French Quarter. We will definitely stay there on our next trip to NOLA.

Boutique gem
Feels fresh and fun. You enter into the railway station lobby. Security is great (I was travelling solo for work). Room was perfect size for one night stay and the bathroom/shower was great. Such great value (stayed at Sheraton later in stay but so tired in comparison) and in a slightly quieter part of the city but <5 minute walk to bourbon street. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, fountains of knowledge and really welcoming. Just wish cafe opened earlier!

Jarvis who works at the front desk. In all my years of traveling, I've never met a better and more caring person than Jarvis. He was always cheerful, organized and a wealth of information and advice. He truly went above and beyound the call of duty. He made this trip mych more enjoyable. The hotel itself was very interesting and unique.

Overall clean hotel. Front desk was really helpful and courteous. Only complaint is the sheets and pillows had a used smell. I should have but did not bother to let them know. If I did they might have done something about it.
