Pleasantly surprised
Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Jordan was the clerk during our check in. He was so friendly and welcoming. He made us feel more like family than just another random guest. Our room was extremely clean and smelled nice. This was the first time I was able to actually sleep in a comfortable hotel bed and not wake up with severe back pain. It wasn't hard as concrete. The entry way and halls had a pleasant clean smell. It is obvious that the staff takes pride in what they do. There are also several dining options close by. I highly recommend this hotel!

I didn't. It was dark outside. Whole building is in dire need for facelift. No heat in room and couldn't get heater or fan to work.

The A/C in room 323 did not cool or dehumidify the room. Water would not drain from the sink. The enamel from the tub was cracked. The carpeting was old and needed to bel cleaned. There were no bath towels, only face towels. There was a continental breakfast, but customers could only access it via a hotel employee who was simply overwhelmed because of the volume of people.

Welcome to the Circus, folks!
Horrible experience checking in! After the first room I was given keys for turned out to be a dirty mess that I think may have been the personal housing site of an employee or two, I spent another good 45-60min in the lobby waiting for the airhead staff to find me a different room. This took place after I was rudely informed there’s simply nothing they could do… just overall a horrible experience that I wouldn’t have expected at a hotel of this caliber. So disappointed!
