Amazing hotel in the perfect location !!
Stayed for 2 nights and I was abundantly pleased with everything. I cannot praise the staff highly enough, they are all very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable. It is situated in an ideal location, close to the centre and plenty of public transport options nearby. Its close proximity to the Leidseplein area allows you to experience the Amsterdam nightlife without having to travel far. I highly recommend staying here and I will definitely be returning here in the future.

Great customer service, clean, good location
We loved our stay! We were very lucky that they were able to check us in early in the morning. We were able to take a much needed nap before start exploring the city. Location was great for us. Would definitely stay again. The room was small but very cute and clean

Delightful!
Krisotel is a delightful hotel that is close to many Amsterdam attractions including the Rijksmuseum. The staff, especially Ahmet, was extremely friendly and helpful. Though small, our room was clean and comfortable, and I would recommend this hotel unreservedly.

Neat and tidy. Room was nice but small. Bathroom was lovely. Staff really helpful - our room was downstairs with no lift and they helped with our luggage. Good location with access to different parts of city.
