I loved just about everything about this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are lovely. There’s a piano player in the lobby every evening, nightly jazz at the firefly bar. Our room included breakfast and there were endless options. The massage was just ok (maybe the therapist had an off day) but everything else was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Rooms are beautiful and really big with beautiful bathrooms (much bigger/nicer than most). Staff are really friendly and helpful, good with recommendations outside of the hotel. The bar downstairs has good atmosphere and good cocktails. Breakfast is a bit average in taste but lots of variety. Pool food options are limited and really expensive (890 baht for 4 tuna sushi pieces!) Really good overall experience for Thailand though. I’d stay here again happily.
