Clean but room for improvement
Fridge in the room was not working when we arrived and smelled really strongly of bananas, however it was fixed quickly. Room service walked in to our room several times without knocking and woke us at 8:45 on our last day to make sure we were checking out.

Nice modern hotel in central location
Great central location. Within walking distance of houses of parliament and the London Eye. We walked to Picadilly to see a show and back again. Lovely modern hotel - our room was really nice. Had a bowl of soup in the dining room which was nice, although a bit expensive. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay there again when we return to London.
