Good hotel in a nice location
We had a lovely stay in this hotel. An ideal base for visiting the sites of London. The hotel had good facilities , was very welcoming and the bed especially was very comfortable. We would definitely use this hotel again.

A bed for the night, thats it
The condition of the room was distinctly tired and worn. The lights has 2 of the four bulbs not working, so maintenance needs to be run on the rooms more frequently. The mattress was incredibly hard, so comfort was not great.

No good experience on check in
Waiting for over 40mins for check in because a large group of European traveller jam all the counter and the staff seems not able to identify their booking, wasting lot of time on checking, they all know each other and seems from same group, why not group them all in one queue to handle and free at least one queue for other customers instead of waiting there for over 40mins.

It was difficult for us to find the hotel by car. Would recommend better directions. The Hotel was comfortable and definitely met our requirements. It seemed to slip in the gap between a business and family hotel. We found the provisions of the hotel good value for money.
