Dirty room and unhelpful staff
I was a little early but my room wasn’t ready and I was checked into a dirty room. Then the only other option I could take at the time was a smoking room. The front desk did not care or give any other Room option. I find it hard to believe there wasn’t a different non-smoking room available one hour prior to check in. I did not care to stay in a different room type if necessary. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night because we could not breathe in the bed was so uncomfortable.

Will not recommend.
Room very dated, electrics in room questionable. Floor lamp in room missing light bulbs, light next to bed take two or three tries to turn on, outlet near sink not working, light over sink works sometimes and other times it will come on even in the middle on the night. From inside the room you could look at the door and see light coming in on the side and from underneath. We were not informed upon checking in that cleaning crew would not enter the room to change linen or provide clean towels to the room. Only after retuning the next evening and going to the office was I informed, and then the clerk handed me fresh towels. Also the motel is located directly next to an exit ramp of I-81 so you here the tractor trailer trucks all night long. Will not stay at this facility again
