An oasis on a hot day at the falls
3 nights, the best spot for the Falls, avoid the monkeys getting into the room, need tea making facilities in the room, had wifi in the room on first floor was good, staff helpful, food and drink exorbitant , breakfast could be better. Enjoyed the stay, pool great and refreshing

Nice place
Great area, would have liked if staff ensured guests were wearing masks inside the hotel. Felt unsafe at times. The hotel taxi was overpriced and it would have been nice if the hotel mentioned that they add a mandatory tip at the end of your stay

Ahora siendo un hotel vip Access nos ofrecieron una categoría superior de habitación pero abonando la diferencia. Evidentemente el Hotel no conoce lo que es un Hotel Vip Access que ofrece Expedis a sus clientes.

Excellent service from the staff who were extremely helpful and friendly. First room on third floor was noisy at night with AC fans running on roof(?) for all rooms. Switching off our Air Con made no difference. Staff moved us to a falls facing room on the first floor which was much quieter.
