This property is great. New construction, right on a great sand beach. This property has great potential. The staff seems willing to help, but they need better management. I ordered breakfast at 7 am at 8 am I went to check why we had not received our meal. It arrived shortly after that. The real problem was the check out. We were in room 221. I told the girl check out 221. Then she gave me bill for extra food that I did not order. I paid cash for our meals in the restaurant. The girl at the front desk insisted that I owed for food. Well we had to track down our waitress. After 15 minutes of consternation we discovered she had a bill for room 211. Not our room. She has piles of paper slips and seemed confused regarding billing. They just need better communication between hotel and restaurant. And a computerized billing system would be nice. Good food. Just staff not trained.

Property is new and easy to locate. Staff are good and friendly but its evident that they are not given the proper training. Not sure if who I saw was the Hotel Manager/Owner but she needs to learn how to smile and should know how to correct her staff the right way and she should not do where guest can see it. There was no phone intercom in our room. You have to call or text them for any request. Menu is limited. Rooms are nice and comfortable. I love our ocean view room but they should consider changing their cartoon floor mats. Overall, i think I paid too much for this hotel.

I am not accommodated as they say the hotel was fully booked. Hotels.com already charged my card for 1/25/20 booking. They did not process any refund.

Amazing view located right on the beach front
Incredible view and location with the beach front a step away from the lovely pool area. Amazing view from our room out on to the ocean. Food was a great surprise also, extremely delicious! Few teething problems it seems as only a recently opened hotel - lack of amenities in room, slow service getting to every customer, confusion on where to order drinks/food, no welcome guide in room on rules etc. But otherwise very welcoming/helpful and the location is stunning. Once all the small little problems are sorted will be a flawless hotel.
