I ver all stay was good - Mall Access is a plus
This is my second time staying at the hotel .. over all stay is ok but below are some points faced: 1) room service delivered wrong food meal. 2) my wife informed the front desk that it is my birthday in order to see if there is any kind of small cake or fruit dish that normally all hotels offer free of charge to their visitors .. we were shocked that the hotel charged us for the very small slice of cake delivered .. this was a very cheap act from hotel .. in every hotel we have stayed they have never charged us for such small thing specially that no special arrangement has been requested.

The hotel was extremely nice and clean but there was a problem with the rooms cards they don’t work with the elevator and you need to reactivate them every time to use the elevator

Over priced for what i paid, 1000 SAR a night getting no service a motel service better. Only thing makes people come back is that it’s the only hotel at the avenues once other open this will worth nothing

Over all satisfied with our stay , being a hotel in the biggest mall in Kuwait was very convenient .. the shower location in the bathroom was not well designed as it will have water spots at the entrance of the bathroom ..

Hotel is new and connected with the Avenues Mall. Rooms were clean. In addition, it is less than 15 minutes away from the airport. However, 2 of the staff we dealt with, were not very helpful and a bit rude. We couldn't find a Twin room while booking, so we booked King. On check in, we asked if a Twin room is available, and there was none. We asked if it is possible to add an extra bed with no charge, as the room was booked for 2 and we were 2, but refused. Although we've done this with many hotels with no issue.
