During our stay, the property was very relaxing. Not much traffic around the area and fast customer service. There was always parking and no issues getting anywhere we wanted.

Bed bugs. I was bitten in two different rooms. I took photos and sent them to the main office. The Residence Inn hired an inspector and stated that both rooms came out clean. This is either a lie, or the test they did was not valid. I was at two different hotels before and had no bites. I was at Loews and it is a four star hotel. Hampton Inn was also clean. My whole back and legs were covered in bites and I could not sleep.

We really love the layout with a separate bedroom. The mattress was not very comfortable, otherwise everything was very good.

OMG!!!!!! I love the supervisor that is in charge there. He is awesome very courteous and helpful. The whole staff has the best energy there. They have a wonderful supervisor so of they would be the same. Why would such a wonderful person hire crappy workers. If I could give 12 stars I would.
