2/10 Poor

Unliveable conditions
Terrible! Hotel had no key access to rooms. Had to ask front desk to walk to each room to unlock every time you needed in. They tried to put us in a room thats door didnt work, so they broke in with a jimmy. Found out the sink in a bedroom was broken and had flooded the bedroom. Doors were left open with flood fans to dry out the room. and stray cats had peed everywhere. Stray cats had come in and peed everywher. It STUNK! The sofa was broken in half with wood boards clearly protruding out. Definitely NOT livable conditions. We never even brought our stuff in the room. Wemt straight back to lobby and told them we were leaving. THEY ARE NOW REFUSING TO REFUND US SAYING WE CHECKED IN AND STAYED 3 NIGHTS! Nope. We made a reservation elsewhere and stayed 3 nights somewhere else!!

You get what you pay for I guess
The day we arrived they said the key cards were down would be fixed the next day well next will be fixed the next day and the next day and the next day. Never a key card had to wait for someone to unlock our door every time. Also we never got more towels washcloths or anything said they didn’t have any more. Also mild in the rest room and the shower was messed up. But what can you expect from a motel. We always have rented cabins and now I remember why. Also the pool had way too much Chlorine in it to the point it made my family itch.

Bad service
The key card machine was not working so they had to have someone open the door each time. The sheets were not clean. The beds were hard and the room was not that clean. We will not be staying here anymore.

Horrible Hotel
Horrible! Didnt have a key card the whole stay. Kept being told I'd receive it the next day only to not. Worker had to let me in everytime i wanted in my room. Laundry room worker was trying to lure young teenage girls into the laundry room. 1 was our child. He tried prying open the elevator door on another child. He tried getting numbers from young girl's and everything. Pool only had towels 1 day available for use. Went out to the pool 1 morning and there was gum, leaves, and chunks of hair floating around. Room service refused to clean while i was there with my belongings, but entered the days they knew i was gone, (came back one day they had moved my girlfriends makeup to wipe down sink) makeup was shattered where they knocked it off the sink. This was my second year here because 1st year was no problem and we liked it. However we will now find a different Hotel to enjoy year after year. Hotel pictures online are from when it was first built, (had town cops tell us that) Also we booked 2 rooms months in advance, called to make sure theyd be right by each other, get there and there 5 doors apart. We spoke to 3 other people that was 3-5 doors apart that was supposed to be side by side too

10/10 Exceptional

Will stay again
Really comfortable and quiet, room was clean, pool and hot tub great! Issues with being limited on what we could watch in room. Wifi was ok. Staff were kind and polite. There were issues with the key cards that were never fixed by the time we left. So it was an inconvenience to have to get someone to let us in all the time. Otherwise a great stay.

Disappointing hotel for the price
This hotel definitely was disappointing as far as condition goes. Shower didn’t work well-handle was broken. 2nd floor water was running down into 1st floor bathrooms. No room keys-had to have desk let us in each time we left room as their card machine was not working. Pool was dirty. Overall upkeep of property was low with garbage laying around. The only items in room were a shampoo and a thin bar of soap. Towels were scratchy and small. Beds were comfortable and the ac worked but those were the only 2 plus’s. Would not stay here again for the price.
