２度目の宿泊でした。 とにかく清潔かつ快適な客室で 設備も過不足なく。 ポイントにまとを絞ったそのセレクトに リソルグループのセンスと 会社の理念をとても強く感じました。 素晴らしかったです！ 客室の変更も 大変にスムーズにこなしてくださり 対応もそつなく 大変に感じが良かったです。 唯一残念な点は 浴室の臭いが気になりました。 お掃除の用具の臭いなのか。。 シャワーカーテンの臭いなのか。。 いわゆる生乾き臭が気になりました。 お掃除が行き届いていて 大変に清潔で快適なだけに その一点が改善されれば 本当にパーフェクトな都会ホテルです‼︎
