Don’t stay here pay the extra $20 for another hote
There was hair in the shower, a dirty hand print in the shower curtain the toilet either had stains in it or was dirty, the shower handle looks like it has been repaired more times then it’s worth, the room smelled really perfumery like they were trying to cover a smell, my husband and I had allergy issues all night.

Pay for what you get
Was not the cleanest but you get what you pay for. The pool had something sharp on the steps and cut both my childrens feet open. The door at one entrance was open at all times. Security was lacking. Also was not able to get into our room a bunch of times and had to have our key card scaned repeatedly. Breakfast was standard- no coffee. The upstairs smelt of marijuana. Hotel room didnt smell the best. Sheets and shower were clean.

The sinks barely could get water to go down. The toilet leaked. The window seals leaked water terribly. They had a pool that you could never use even though it ha dead full of water. There was no reason why you could t g swimming which was so annoying.

The room was okay, the only problem was the fridge did freeze everything I put in there and the whirl pool in the room did not work! The whole reason I got the room and paid extra! So be prepared that the whirl pool won’t work and needs cleaned more!

The pool was heated but that was the only good thing about this hotel. Our room was nasty! It didn't even look like they attempted to clean anything! The air/heat had alot of mold on the vents. Bathtub and toilet were aweful! Would never stay here again!

Bad custmer service
I booked the room in advance requesting a ground floor room as i can not climb stairs only to get there and be told they fidnt have any left and the clerk admittedly said they font bother to read the notes. I had to scramble to find other accommodations as i travrled from out of state to be there. I thought they were gonna be my destination spot to stay when in the area but not now. I will travel the extra 40 miles to stay where i ended up and know that as a guest my comfort is their concern.
