Amazing service
The service was amazing. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional and helpful. The food we ate at the bar and ordered from room service was delicious, especially the grilled octopus.

The hotel room is quite comfy and cozy. The local area isn't great, not much to see and eat. The kids area is quite disappointing. The swimming pool is great fun. The breakfast wasn't as good as we thought. There are very few seats. The variety of food isn't good.

Fantastic Stay, no construction noise.
Our stay was amazing! One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at and honestly, the hotel was the best part of Macau. Pros: We didn't hear any construction noise at all, it was very peaceful. We were on the seventh floor. The pool was amazing, waterfall and slide, I wish I had this pool at home. The staff was amazing, they even lent us an umbrella. The casino was the only one I found that had 100 macau patakas blackjack. The other casinos were mostly 300. And it just smelled really good when we walked in. The hotel was the best part of our stay! It is so close to the ferry, which was great because we came from hong kong. There's also a shuttle bus from the ferry terminal to the hotel but it doesn't leave very often. It's better to take it to the Sands and walk 1 minute to the hotel. Cons: The casino staff and especially dealers were really rude and mean. They had a sad and angry look on their face the entire time and was very impatient towards me. I even complained about my blackjack dealer to the manager. The casino is a bit bare and minimal, but it's good for a few hours. The surrounding area has a lot of casinos. But other than that, no cons.

Excellent stay
Booked grand king room, spacious, nice view. Service, food very good. Area good & safe, plenty of dining options. Walkable, easy to get transport, next to The Sands. Much smaller than the mega casino hotels, which are nice to visit, but this a better choice for us. Would stay again. Value for money.

Family friendly. Kids will love the pool.
Good family friendly hotel with nice resort like pool. Breakfast was great, and everyone from the F&B service staff, front desk, doormen, and housekeeping were extremely friendly. Beds were on the small side. I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids but got two large single beds so I had to pay for an extra bed just so we could sleep properly. Only stain was the response I got on the day of checkout; my wife and kids woke up on the last day with bites on their arms and legs. Weirdly I was the only person not bitten, and I suspect that it was because I was sleeping on the extra bed. We had spent the entire day before in the hotel as it was raining so whatever bit them, occurred like in the room. I notified the hotel and showed them pictures of the bites. However, the response I got was unsympathetic and devoid of accountability. I'm attributing this to the actions of the front manager and believe it's not reflective of every other hotel employee I encountered who were excellent.
