Reservation not honoured
The staff are arrogant, ignorant and stupid. After having us wait for an hour to confirm our booking, we were told that although we had booked and paid for 3 people and had confirmation their pricing was incorrect and we would have to pay in triple of what we had already paid or get out. We were stranded without accommodation at 9 o’clock at night. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve never been treated like that as a guest anywhere, we were shouted at and told to get out and contact Hotels.com if we didn’t like it.

1st time experience of Pod-living with hubby
It was a good experience. A classical "don't judge a book by its cover" though because the place looks hideous on the outside but on the inside its exactly as advertised on the internet. I wasn't disappointed at all, what can be irritating is the lack of rules. My husband and I had a noisy neighbour and this made it difficult For us to sleep peacefully. Another downside would be sharing facilities i.e. toilets and showers, with untidy people. Overall we had no regrets and we enjoyed our stay!!! I would recommend it to anyone.

Se veia mejor en fotos
Hicimos la reserva mediante hotels.com en un dorm para 3 personas y cuando llegamos la reserva solo estaba para una persona. Tuvimos que reservar de nuevo. El hostel se veia mejor en fotos, no tenía tan buen ambiente y nadie usaba las áreas comunes. Las camas eran comodas, pero era imposible abrir los lockers. Los baños estaban limpios pero faltaban bancas en la ducha para poder cambiarse.
