The Best Address In Cape Town
I received the warmest welcome from the moment I stepped out the Taxi to the Reception desk where I was greeted by name. It was my third stay at the hotel & I was amazed that staff from Reception to the Waitresses at High Tea on 15-06 recalled specific bits of my last 2 stays there. Details that I myself forgot. The Hospitality, Warmth, Friendliness & Graciousness were commendable. Security at the Lifts were friendly & congenial. Staff at the Atlantic Restaurant during Breakfast were phenomenal. Every request was met with both efficacy & a hearty smile. Waiters popped over for a quick hello reminding me of where I was seated & the manner in which I requested my eggs during my last stay there. I was gobsmacked! I would have never expected that staff would have been so attentive & that they would have cared to remember. Needless to say the Food was a gastronomic experience & the sensational spread diverse enough for any & every palate. Huge Compliments to the Chef. Darren so kindly relocated me to Suite 742 as my original view & noise factor from Suite 101 was not appealing. I was most appreciative for the move & the effort taken to ensure my comfort & satisfaction. The room was always clean & neatly maintained. The lovely bon bon delights in the cute boxes were indeed a special touch. I want to make special mention of the Lovely Receptionists on duty on the afternoon of 15-06 & morning of 16-06 & the male Manager at Breakfast. Receptionist on checkout on 18-6 was COLD!

The Hotel definitely has the best address in the Waterfront in Cape Town.The room has one of the best views over the Waterfront and Table Mountain.The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable and spoiled my wife with champagne, cake and even a present for her birthday !The food in the restaurant was sublime ! Overall , one of our top stays, ever.
