I won the lottery with booking the Safari Inn
When can you ever say a hotel room was really clean? Not too many times so I'm going to start with this place was extremely clean and that was appreciated! Jose was wonderful and helping me get around Burbank the pool was spotless too and I enjoyed a lukewarm swim all day long and working on my business stuff on the rooftop patio. The staff was friendly and I loved the attachment to the hotel next door called hotel Annabelle I liked the way this hotel was run and I will return to a coast property hotel again a very nice experience and the location was wonderful there are many things to do right outside the door

An absolute classic - in the best sense.
This motel is more than just a classic 1950s motel it is a historical landmark. Built in 1955 and lovely refurbished it was great fun to stay here. I had lived in Burbank in the 1970s and it was just another motel. Since then it's been in TV shows and movies and I finally go the chance to stay there. It's classic in the best sense of the word. Like a restored classic car or home.

Great little find!
The hotel was very clean and there was plenty of parking. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We flew in from Michigan and were there about 2.5 hours prior to check in, but they worked to find a room to allow us the early check-in. The location is fabulous -- walking distance to many good restaurants and a CVS. The neighborhood seemed very safe. Great location to go to Griffith Park, Disney, Universal, Warner Brothers, Hollywood. Reasonable price! Olive's Bistro was outstanding and so convenient to eat there.
