October stay
Staff was great. Housekeeping needed to do a better job. Never swept floors so we walked on sandy floors. Inside balcony window had a footprint in the middle height of the door, not from our stay. There was a coffee pod in the coffee maker, not from our stay. The tray under the freezer was full of water. Otherwise we always had fresh towels, supplies were replenished, room was in great shape, looked like it had been newly painted. Rooms were quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our balcony and location is great. In October guests can bring their dogs, and other than the dogs being on balconies and barking, never heard them. We left our patio door open then entire time we were in the room to hear the ocean, otherwise hearing dogs wouldn't have been a problem.

Amazing October weekend
We loved it here! Amazing view of the beach and boardwalk, $15 coupons toward a meal, and a balcony with a door that allowed for the ocean sound to come in while open, and a silent night of sleep while closed. Absolutely wonderful stay! Even blogged about it:

Great location
The location was great and side view was nice. The place does need some updating in certain areas like the balcony. It would have been nice to be told about the sliding door not having a regular lock but a bar that goes up to keep it from opening. The door should really just be replaced cause it was hard to open and close and didn't look nice at all. Would still stay there again but would ask for a lower floor(was on top floor) and a regular bathtub instead of the jet tub(is harder to get in).

Tired and grimy. Corners and under furniture not cleaned. Rusty, mildew in the shower. Not enough parking. Hotel restaurant felt like a VFW. Expected more for $300 a night.
