It’s great place to stay. Things are a little crazy with remodel going on. Great location about 5 mins walking distance from our favorite restaurant in Lakeland

Its a shame
The never told us the air was not working when we check in so we put or bags in and left..get bck and the air is not working asked about it and they refused to change us rooms or accommodate us it was already 11 pm at night they told me i could stay and be charged or check out..that's it we had no choice but to stay they where rude and sloppy business people...

I had (unknown )to receptionist just driven 13 hrs most unfriendly, non smiling, unwelcoming person I have come across in a long time ! No offer of valet no sign of valet !!! No ramp to carry bags in !!

Great location
This hotel’s location is great! I was a Lakeland local (since moved away) and was visiting family and did not stay in their home. We walked to so many things which was great! However, if you’re looking for a lush hotel this isn’t for you. Rooms are outdated, carpet was loose and coming up. Towels and blankets were rough, bathroom was pretty small. The room got the job done though- a place to sleep and shower safely!

We stayed in the king suite this year… Lovely hotel within walking distance to all the shops in downtown Lakeland. Always friendly service, clean rooms and great breakfast!
