Great location, beautiful views from the breakfast restaurant and veranda. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was dated but clean and with AC which was a life-saver in the summer heat. Did the experience match the price? No it didn't but then we also visited Brighton on prob it's busiest and most expensive week of the year.

We stayed in an inward facing family room with a double and single bed. Both beds were very comfortable and clean. The tea/coffee facilities and bottled water were nice to have. The ensuite bathroom was spacious and well appointed however the grouting needs an update as it has gone black and looks dirty.

We sadly had a bad experience - we had a leak in our bathroom , the ceiling started to collapse after 4 times speaking to reception. I don’t think matters are taken as seriously as they could be due to lack of free rooms. The shower gel was also nearly empty and not topped up , small details were just not spot on . Good location, however. Breakfast was nice.

From the moment I arrived with my 17 month old granddaughter in tow, the staff were fantastic. Very helpful right up until we left the following morning. Room was comfortable and had what we needed.
