Great hotel but restaurant letting it down!
Another nice stay at holiday inn but let down by the restaurant staff this time. First night room service order wrong, second night it took an hour to arrive. Both breakfasts weren’t ideal!! Staff moving me from my table as they wanted to prep restaurant for dinner but it was only 8.50. This involved taking my tea and room key away whilst I’m trying to tell them not to!! They should wait until 9.30 when breakfast is finished. As a regular IHG customer, it can only take 1 problem to make someone look else where for another hotel!!! Please keep up the excellent standard previously experienced!

Not a great experience
Staff were great, meal was nice but the whole experience was totally ruined by rowdy, drunk, screaming guests from a wedding party (it appears the hotel is a party venue) which meant no sleep (the ruckus went on past 3am). We felt sorry for the poor girl on reception who had to face up to this as it must have been quite a daunting experience. We won't be back.
