ig disappointment.
The customer service was bad. The guy who checked me in gave me no information on the hours for breakfast, pool hours, etc. I saw they had posted due to Covid they would have a breakfast to go. The desk clerk brought out lunch bags labeled with a couple of breakfast sandwich choices. They had no plates available, no fruit, or yogurt. Just some sweet rolls. I asked her about their pool hours & she said it was closed due to Covid. We could use the pool at the LaQuinta down the road & to let her know so she could notify them. No fitness room available either because of Covid. We had stayed at another hotel in UT & they had a hot breakfast, pool, fitness room available. We paid a premium price & basically stayed at a Motel. No more staying at a Clarion.

Good location, needs some TLC
The location of the hotel is pretty good. Close to several restaurants, shops and the freeway. The lamp in the room would not turn on unless you shake the cord. Many of the outlets are so used the cords fall out immediately after plugging them in. Our room did not have towels, they brought us some pretty quickly but they were somewhat damp which makes us believe they pulled them out of a mid-cycle drying session. The beds were okay, but the pillows were pretty flat.

Wanted to like it, but was VERY disappointed.
VERY short staffed. Previous person's dirty clothes were still in the drawers (called and asked them to be removed while we were at dinner). There were, there were no towels in our bathroom, and I called again. I had to still go up front and get my own towels an hour later when nothing came, and the front desk clerk said, "oh are you here to check in?" Keys didn't work after first night....so we were locked out. NOT staying here again....unfortunate because I will be traveling that way more frequently.

Horrible motel, run don’t walk!
Worst ever. Took 30 minutes to check in, while waiting for the desk to figure out how to explain unclean rooms to people checked in before me. When it was finally my turn, I was handed a key to 216, even though the envelope showed 212 was my room. When we arrived to 216, we quickly learned why someone got my 212 room. The door handle was busted, dangling from the door. We could not get into room. A very rude lady from the hotel was able to gain entry using a screwdriver and some swat team tactics. When we explained that we would not stay in a room that required breaking and entering to get in the room, I was met with a verbal onslaught from the night manager. Do not stay here, ever! We have stayed at most hotels in cedar, and this is by far the worst!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at
We had a horrible stay!! We went for spring break with the family. The pool was broken, the hot tub was broken. To get into our room we had to swipe the card about 5 times to get it to work. And in my sister's room she found a half eaten slice of pizza. I knew that they didn't have a warm breakfast because of covid, but when we went for breakfast the first day everything was gone and the staff didn't even acknowledge we were there, 5 of them were standing around doing nothing. The second day there was 2 little crappy raisin pastries. And there were 10 of us in our group. We finally asked if they had more and they jus brought more of the crappy pastries. To top it off after we got home we found they charged us 60 extra dollars so my wife called and they said we stole 2 of their pillows.

This was the most horrible experience. We called hotel ahead of time that we will be late for checkin. They told us everything will be ready. Once we checked in at 3am after 10 hrs of drive and went to our room, it looked like someone just walked out of those beds. Towels were on the floor and room looked disgusting. We called the front desk and they just apologized without giving any option. With two kids and without any choice at 3am, we just asked if they have clean sheets. We cleaned room/bathroom ourselves and changed bedding just to get much needed sleep. Will never stay at another Clarion Inn again. Also, Hotels.com should provide additional for the hassle and frustration we had to go through.

No elevator to get up to the second floor. I am on a knee scooter and just started 25%weight bearing and had to go up the stairs to get to our room.
