    My group of 9 stayed at this hotel, 5 adults and 4 children with the intentions to have a family night bowling. We stayed Thursday and Friday night but were disappointed to find Thursday is league bowling with no room for us. The sign stated the alley would open at 6pm on Friday so our group planned to bowl and eat at the hotel after touring Berlin. We again were disappointed to find the alley and restaurant closed on Friday with only the option to order frozen pizza. We asked why the sign said the alley was open and the bartender informed us it was an old sign. Our group ended up walking to IKEA and eating supper there. I would not recommend this hotel if you have children with you or if you’re planning to use the bowling alley or eat.

    Hotel is average which reflects the price point. Couldn’t sleep at night due to noise from room above which tells you about the sound insulation. Beds were very hard and pillows extremely soft which was not a nice combination. Overall the rooms felt a bit clinical.

    Hygiene war gerade noch so akzeptabel. Es fanden sich in Bett und Bad einige Haare, die hätte die Reinigungskraft sehen müssen. Die Kissen gehörten gewaschen, rochen nach den Vorbesuchern. Die Toilette war augenscheinlich sauber, roch aber nach Urin. Das versprochene Doppelbett stellte sich als zwei zueinander geschobene Einzelbetten heraus, die bei jeder Bewegung auseinander rückten. Bei den angekündigten Toilettenartikeln handelt es sich ausschließlich um Handseife. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und kompetent, hier volle Punktzahl. Für den Preis in Ordnung.

    Die Zimmer sind total veraltet. Am schlechtesten ist das Badezimmer. Zimmer sind zwar groß, allerdings haben wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt. Der Boden war sehr schmutzig. Ein Babybett konnte man uns nicht beschaffen, da der Herr an der Rezeption noch genug andere Arbeit hatte. Es ist auch keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer vorhanden.

    Sehr schönes Hotel (von innen) und sehr schöne, ruhige Zimmer. Jedoch hatten wir von der Decke bis runter zum Fußboden einen gewaltig großen Wasserfleck, den wir bei der Abreise direkt gemeldet hatten. Ansonsten sehr leckeres Frühstück! (aufgrund von Covid-19 leider keine Selbstbedienung beim Frühstück), jedoch ganz gut umgesetztes Konzept an sich. Bei meinem ersten Aufenthalt im März 2020 war alls perfekt. Sehr günstiges Hotel in Berlin und gerne wieder!
