Thengirlnat the fron desk was very nice and friendly. They Do Not offer breakfast anymore which was very disappointing. There was no soap in the room. The towels were stained. I complained about the smoke detector going off and they gave me a new battery and told me to replace it myself. And than i went down and said that didnt fix the problem. She said a guy was coming in in 20 minutes and he would be able to fix it. 2 hours later i went to ask and he said he didnt know how to fix it. And he tried and than we were moved to a different room. We usually always stay here when we come to Omaha but i dont know anymore. Plus whwn we entered and left the building the front entrance way smelled heavily of marijuana

Not what we expected!!
The hvac vents in room were filthy and it looked like either dirt or mold. Wall paper was peeling in the room and it smelled musty in there. We ended up cancelling our reservation and going elsewhere. Pictures are totally outdated and the hotel needs some tlc!! After check in found out what they put breakfast on hold as well, which the staff were excited about since they didn’t sound like they liked doing that either.

Great Staff at the Comfort Inn At The Zoo
While attending a conference in Omaha I stayed 5 nights at the Comfort Inn At The Zoo. The staff was great, especially the night staff! Room was great, clean and comfortable.

this is not as nice a place as the pictures appear. And the reviews are obviously being inflated. I asked for a refund and did not not get one i will be trying to get that accomplished but some how i feel i am out a bunch of money. the rooms have not been updated in years and should be listed more as a 1 star hotel.

Breakfast options are a joke. You’re lucky if you get anything other than toast. The room only had decaf coffee packets. I asked to switch them out for regular. The lady at the front desk said she would look for some and bring them to me. She never did. Bed skirt and side of sheet was dirty.

Never again.
The air conditioner wasn't working so they brought us a fan for the night. They weren't able to fix the airconditioner so the next night they have us a room across the hall which smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana. We didn't stay and we didn't get reimbursed for either night. The "breakfast" consisted of apples and coffee. The manager on duty was very kind and respectful, but that was the only good thing about this stay.
