      Disgusting

      The sheets were dirty, there was a Pepsi bottle behind the tv come taint a disgusting brown substance, the shower curtain was ripped, the shower curtain pole was falling out of the wall, the toilet had what looked like yellow-brown urine stains at the base it.

      We never ended up staying. There were no clean rooms available by 4 pm. The place was filthy and didn’t even go into a room. Used the restroom and no toilet paper or towels to dry hands. Would never stay here, booked another room down state.

      On-site restaurant was filthy with chicken wing bones on floor. Room ceiling was drooping and the bathtub was like being in a bounce house.

      Don't book

      Overall the building needs remodeling, asked about the breakfast 8:30am and was told that it was served 8am and now it's not available. At least I should be warned about it then arrived. Pool is dirty and gym is filthy.

      NIGHTMARE OF AIRPORT HOTELS

      They first put me in a double when I asked for a king I was willing to be content with it but the smoke detector was hanging off the wall beeping every few minutes I go back downstairs she said there were no kings available and gives me a room that I think is an upgrade because of the conference table in the first room but the outlets don’t have covers on them and are dangling out the wall the lamp doesn’t have a shade on it nor did it work the tv turns on but NO SOUND! this was an all out nightmare not to mention the walls look soiled I was glad to see no bed bugs wouldn’t recommend

      The overall stay was quite alarming. In the time it took to check in I witnessed an argument with two people and I even witnessed a drug deal right in front of me. I truly was taken aback. I felt completely unsafe during my one night stay. I hate to say this but I will never go back to this hotel. I was shocked at things I saw in the first 10 minutes of arriving to hotel.

      Ugh

      From the website the hotel looked like what you expected a hotel to be, I was looking for 5 star but clean and comfortable. The entire hotel just looked run down like it was painted well the walls looked dirty on the outside. The rooms were semi clean mostly the bathrooms. They said we would have complementary breakfast that didn't happen. Overall it wasn't a joyest hotel more like a cheap motel, what's lower than a motel ? Because that's what it was staying at that specific Ramada Hotel

      Unacceptable filthy unsafe hotel

      We checked in and then requested money back. Filthy- smoking holes in bedding, possible bed bug looking things, other occupants appeared to be living there. Security monitors of all floors/ entrances at front desk alarming. I was by myself in a room and would not have felt safe. Had a similar experience in a Ramada in Fla and would never try to book Ramada again. Disturbingly filthy and surprising it would ever pass an inspection via health inspector. Pandemic wise, unacceptable.

      Below anyones standard

      We showed up and the hotel is in terrible shape. The place is very dirty and smells of smoke. I have 7 rooms booked, 2 people that were traveling with us had rooms the were completely in sanitary. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. There was no more rooms and that they have already been paid for the rooms and was no refunds. We found a lot of problems with every room rented and would not recommend any staying there.
