First, none of the first 4 guests I came into contact with was wearing a mask. Second, they put me in a room that was not ready-no sheets on bed and not very clean. The room that I did end up in was ok. Not great but not bad. Just kind of old.

A little dated, carpet was badly stained. Cleanliness was good except the tub was full of standing water when we got in. Still very comfortable. I slept very well, quiet area, good bed, sheets, pillows, climate control.

Clean but not restful stay
The water pressure was almost non existant and the temp was backwards. The constant sound of a door slamming closed across the hall through all hours of the night was super dusruptive. Upon leaving i noticed that the door was for staff members. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. But obviously i wasn't able to sleep much.

They allow pets. There was dog hair all over the floor of the elevator. The room smelled like wet dog and pee. We could see dog poop smeared on the floor.

On the website the breakfast was to include hot sandwiches with to go items. it did not. We were to have a microwave in the room.We did not but had to use a communal one on another floor. That cannot meet Covid standards. Maid request did not happen. Reasons we chose the hotel were not honestly given. Staff was friendly.

I felt very safe and enjoyed my stay. This property was built in 1998 so I thought it wouldn’t be as kept up and clean. I was wrong... The business centers computer wasn’t working my entire 4 night stay but the front desk staff offered to print my documents. I will stay here again.

Service was awful, they gave me a dirty room sheets on the floor and trash piled up in a corner. The perdón at front desk acted like nothing was happening just gave me a different room

The building was older. Mostly ok maintained. 1 elevator was out of service. Rooms were adequate but nothing special. 2 water bottles were left out in the open and were priced at $5 each which I thought was an insult.
